I'm sure that I saw some guy with the 2nd Teir of Big Deal in the game. Either way, the 5000 ID's and 5000 chests do count towards the title, as they are maxed out.

what's the best way to be drunk the longest?

The way I do it is, buy aload of ales, start with 5 to be 'drunk' and then take an ale a minute to maintain it. I usualy take an ale everytime the counter rolls over on Drunkard

Don't say that! Your making me worry... Oh well, i only have 224 chests anyway... FoW chests cost a fortune. I need Factions for some easier to achieve titles!
